How to pay my fees and what fees do I pay as a property owner? 
  1. You can create a portal on the website and make an online payment. Click on the following link to make an online payment: Pay Online

When is my payment due and how am I notified? 

Payments are due within 30 days of assessed fee or upon received application.

  • A $15.00 late fee will be assessed if the payment is received more than 30 days past the due date.

  • Statements are mailed or emailed to the contact information listed on your online portal.
Why did I get this fee? 

You received this fee either because submitted an architectural design review application or because you have a covenant violation that resulted in a fine. To view the Fee Resolution or the Covenant Enforcement Resolutions, click here.
